Join us in celebrating freedom and unity by following these simple steps to participate.

STEP 1: Register

Sign up for free on our website by filling out the registration form with your details.

STEP 2: Create

Prepare your video submission in one of the five categories. Ensure your content is original, relevant, and aligns with the themes of freedom, unity, and hope.

STEP 3: Submit

Upload your video directly to our site or share the link from your social media accounts (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.).

STEP 4: Engage

Promote your video on social media platforms and engage with the community to increase visibility and support.

STEP 5: Wait

Await the results of the first-round judging, which will be based on social media engagement and judges' criteria.

STEP 6: Finalist

If selected as a finalist, you will be notified and given the opportunity to provide updated videos or perform for judges live (where applicable).

Selection

Process

  • Submission Date: Submit uploads and links from 08/11-10/10.

  • First Round Judging: Entries will be evaluated on social media engagement (views, likes, and comments) as well as judges’ metrics, through October 10.

  • Finalists Notified: Finalists will be notified by October 13. Finalists will be granted the opportunity to provide updated videos or perform for judges live (where applicable).

  • Judging Criteria: Entries will be judged based on relevance, creativity and professionalism of presentation.

  • Winners: On October 20th, top entries in each category will be recognized.

Promotion &

Engagement

  • Participants are highly encouraged to share and promote their videos for added engagement and interaction

  • Participants, partners and supporters are free to promote the event through applicable online and offline media channels, businesses and community organizations.

  • Social Media/Promotional Post Editing or Compilations

  • Memorized Oratorical Presentation: Deliver a memorized original speech (cite, quote or reference video or text used)

  • Reading Presentation: Read an original speech (cite, quote or reference video or text used. Memorized also eligible.)

  • Freedom & Unity: Express the importance of freedom, unity, and maintaining democratic rights in the U.S.; original content only.)

  • Creative Expressions: Raps, group drama, spoken word
